Feathers Weddings

It’s got to be the most perfect day – from the most beautiful invite, to the most breathtaking venue, the fairytale dress, and of course delicious food and drink, champagne and chocolate, lights and flowers, gifts and fireworks. Whatever you want from your wedding day, “The Feathers Out” have it covered. And even though we can’t make the speeches for you, we can give you our vow that it will be the very best day of your life.

The Feathers Inn weddings team has been brought together to include some of the UK’s best chefs, as well as experienced event organisers. Our chefs offer a wide range of menu ideas to suit your wedding along with cakes, breads and pastries cooked in house.

If you would like to discuss locations and venues with us then we can offer advice and assistance, we have a mobile kitchen that we can set up in a marquee, village hall, your own kitchen, anywhere! Recent summer 2010 events included catering at the North East Wine Festival at the Tynedale park and Newcastle quay side for the Eat! Festival. We are more than happy to offer you customer testimonials for you.

“We had an AMAZING day, thank you so much for being a big part of it! We loved the food and had lots of great comments from guests about it too and about the atmosphere and everything.”

To ensure peace of mind we will assign you a wedding manager from the outset to advise on menu, flowers, tableware, the wedding cake, entertainment, photographers and lighting. Our attention will be on the detail so nothing is missed. On the day itself we will attend, to welcome you and your guests and make sure you have a wonderful day.

Our Food...

Innovative modern British cuisine, made with locally sourced fresh produce and combined with exceptional service, are what we consider to be our key ingredients to success as wedding caterers.

Our wedding menus offer seasonal dishes of considerable character and distinction. As you would expect, we are more than happy to design menus specifically to your requirements – Look at our pub menus and please do ask! Take a moment to browse our wedding menus and discover the fantastic range of dishes that we offer. We have won many awards for the quality of our cooking and also for our policy of local cruelty free sourcing so you can rest assured that we have found the best ingredients possible for you.

In addition, we can provide a range of specialist crockery and glassware so let Feathers Inn Out take away the worry and make it even better than you had expected!

Our Drinks...

We see it as our job to prescribe the right concoctions to ensure the ice breaks when you want it to. Feathers Inn Out will provide fresh ideas that will complement any style you wish to achieve.

Our extensive wine list ranges from good quality and inexpensive through to vintage and rare champagnes.

We pride ourselves on our delivery of our drinks service to our clients. Fresh ‘Just Poured’ bubbles in your Champagne, or simply a down to earth healthy head on your pint! We can’t do anything about how you feel the next day unfortunately!

“We had a superb time. It’s hard to believe how amazing our wedding day was”
