Rhian and Helen came to The Feathers Inn in 2007 and they have maintained an outstanding reputation for food, wine, ale and customer care ever since, winning a number of (over 48) respected industry awards.

We remain dedicated to providing the very best food and service within a warm, friendly and relaxed environment, enjoying our position as a local, independent pub.

We are very proudly featured in the Good Food Guide 2025 and we are the only pub in Nortumberland featured in the Michelin Guide 2025.

We are 2019 winners of the Good Food Guide North East Local Restaurant of The Year and also The Good Pub Guide 2023 Northumbria Dining Pub of the Year.
